Our Story
There had been the latest desire in many of the coffee community members here in India to have a common forum where they could air their views on coffee in general, Special & Specialty Coffee in particular.
This led to a team of enthusiastic coffee community members establishing a common forum to promote the concept and development of Special & Specialty Coffee in India for the mutual benefit of its members and the coffee community.
Mission
To establish a common forum where the coffee community can interact and exchange ideas and information on quality. To explore and promote awareness of Coffee quality from Seed to Cup. To encourage sustainable regenerative farming. To create a coffee culture as an integral part of everyday life.
Vision
Striding towards putting India on the World’s Specialty Coffee Map. Creating awareness among roasters, importers and consumers regarding the exotic flavour profiles and taste nuances of Indian Coffee. Creating a platform to showcase Specialty Indian Coffees to the World. Connect and empower people on a global scale through coffee.

Share knowledge to learn and grow strong together as a coffee community
Organize Coffee seminars, coffee tasting experiences, and educational coffee field tours

Purposes & Objectives
- To establish a common forum where like-minded coffee communities can interact and exchange ideas and information on quality coffee

- To instill the concept of Quality from seed to cup and assist in upgrading the Quality of the product in the direction of Special and Specialty coffee

- To provide professional services to the members on various aspects of the Specialty Coffee & allied businesses
- To create an awareness of the environment and social issues
- To encourage and recognize sound business practices and ethics in the coffee industry
